Launched in April 2025, Passenger Portal is a tool that allows paratransit passengers to request a booking or cancellation without having to call in. In a few easy steps you, or your representative, can register to use Passenger Portal and stop having to call in and wait on hold today.
To use this service you must already be registered to use either ADA Paratransit or Dial-a-Ride.
- First, go to https://passengerportal.blinetransit.com/Account/Login.
- Register with your email address, or link your account to an existing Google, Apple, or Facebook account for easy log-in.
- If you register with an email address, please wait for a Welcome email from B-Line.
- Give us a call at (530) 809-4616, or email us at info@bcag.org to make sure you have the correct email address on your account so that you can get email notifications as needed.
- Request bookings and cancellations as needed.
